Las Marias is by far the best Mexican restaurant- the food is always amazing- my personal favorite is the fajita rice bowl and the service is top notch. The chips are fresh, queso is delicious, atmosphere is lovely. Can’t recommend them enough! And the outdoor seating in the summer is perfect!

Went into Monticello to try Three Ravens, ended up leaving shortly after arriving due to how the bartender was treating the staff on shift. We looked in Las Maria’s as we were walking back to our vehicle, and decided to give it a shot.

While the food was ok, it wasn’t great. Very dry fajita meat and salty ground beef in the enchiladas. The food did however come out hot. The service was terrible. Our waiter kept walking by with his head down so he couldn’t even see when customers needed anything. We cleaned up our table and had dishes piled and sat for 10 min before telling another waiter we needed our check. A drink was taken for refill and not brought back, I had to flag him down for that.
