The employee that was at the register was nice but we had to pull up because there was a long line. First they forgot 2 hotcake orders, then they forgot my 2 biscuits, after that they forgot the jelly, syrup, and hot sauce that I requested. When they went inside to go get the jelly, biscuit etc. they took forever so I decided to go in there myself when they gave it to me I started driving when I was at a light I saw everything in there but the hot sauce. Very disappointed. When me and my family were eating the hotcakes the hotcakes tasted and looked like a homemade pancake. Not those regular fluffy one. One that looked darker and slightly burnt.

Went through the drive thru just after 11am. Ordered a double quarter pounder meal and received a hard crumbly bun and cold fries. Seriously cold hard fries with no salt. There’s a reason I normally go to the other McDonald’s. It shouldn’t take much training to feel the buns are bad or the fries are cold and stale. I know that burger was passed up to a second person to wrap so why did it get served?

Thank you to the young man at the window of Winfield Ks. McDonald’s, my dollars stuck together and I overpaid. He actually did his JOB!! Wow!!! Knew how to count money ( something I wish they taught in school, how to count money forward and back, it helps the mind with reasoning skills, it developes young peoples patience, manners, and keeps you from getting ripped off its a way to teach critical thinking skills from such a simple old school practice. Like cursive it writes and wires the mind )

Ordered 2 sandwiches with the fries and drink, both large. Both large sodas where 6/8ths full and the 2 large fries where only half full. The dr pepper was bad on flavor and watered down. She said the machine won’t let you top of the drink cup like it’s suppose to be so I’m just suppose to pay for air? The whole messed up order cost 25 dollars, will be eating at home from now on. It’s sad a business doesn’t know how to do business. It gets a 2 star instead of 1 since they are open for business, if you call it business…
