Came to Rodeo39 to check out all the food options and they all of anything that look yummy, did not disappoint. I really liked the idea of fresh steaks being displayed and them grinding fresh meat into burgers. I tried a burger and it did not disappoint wish they just had a simple cheese burger to highlight that beautiful meat patty, the toppings stole its glory. Would recommend to others.

I was skeptical at the reviews that said this place had the best smash burgers, but I am pleased to report back that the reviews are absolutely correct. The soft bun and crunch of the burger perfectly compliment each other. All of the house made sauces were delicious as well! We had the ketchup, garlic aioli, and ranch and they were all amazing! The fries were perfect too and the portion size was generous!

Great tasting burger but just felt when a place displays meat like this in front of you then your burger should be 1/2 pound paddy vs 1/3 pound. Think meat display deserves very think paddy. I got the Truffle Butter Burger and again, great taste and fries were crisp and on point.

I stopped by for lunch, and I cannot recommend this place enough! I got the filet mignon with broccolini and mashed potatoes. Everything had amazing flavor, and the steak was cooked perfectly! If you enjoy a quality steak, come to Rodeo 39 and check them out!

This is the third time I can n place an order and they cannot get it right. The food is good but not worth the trouble. Hoping your order is right then being disappoint is not good service. Definitely will not eat there again!
