Very impressed with the products! My husband and I are new to the community. We wanted pizza, tenders, fries, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. For an 18” to be $17 is unheard of from where I’m from. We are TWO platter samplers and the entire 18” within 10 minutes. You will definitely have our business moving forward! ❤️

Some times when you travel the best places are the small out of the way ones. We had lunch at Cousins after seeing the Bushkill falls. Not a fancy place at all. But service was fabulous and the food was excellent. We fed 3 for $30. Calzone was as big as a plate and filled with cheese. Philly cheese steak was excellent. Great job Cousins.

Y’all! This place may look like a little dive, but by far the best lunch we’ve had here in the Poconos. My daughter ordered a calzone…that thing was HUGE! Could’ve fed 3 people and it was delicious!! Philly cheese steaks were awesome as well!

I got a turkey club and was very satisfied. My husband got pizza and didn’t want it heated up too much, but they left it in a while and it was burnt and couldn’t eat it. They did heat up some more slices and he was happy.

My family orders from here regulary. I called to place an order, and had questions for the lady on the phone, not many, and she was very rude(i was not being rude in any way) and she flat out said “order from somewhere else”. I never leave reviews, but this just got me upset!

They were not thrilled to have us as a customer. We walked in little before lunch and discussing what to eat. We mentioned pizza and without asking one of the waitress said it will be 30 minutes. She was kind of rude. Other waitress was nice and took our orders for sandwiches. While we were ordering somebody called for pizza and was told 15 minutes. We felt little discriminated.

This is by far the best Pizza place in the Poconos. Wonderful people all around, friendly staff, and yes, you may even meet the owner delivering your delicious meal. Ive only found 1 other place that makes a better sandwich, yet Cousins is very comparable. Never had a bad meal or experience from this pizzeria.

We ordered online and it was an easy ordering process. It took about 45 minutes for delivery which was reasonable for our location. They menu was typical for a pizza shop. Our while family liked the taste of the food, pizza and wings. What put them at five stars was their service. They couldn’t get a cheese steak sandwich we ordered so they texted me, called me, sent me an email, and even their online processing company tried to call. The delivery person was friendly and apologetic and the cost of the sandwich was reversed.

We’ve always been happy with the food and tonight was the first time I actually went in (bf would stop and get it usually) and was way late picking up my order due to unforeseen circumstances right after I placed my order. I felt terrible. But the two guys I interacted with were extremely nice. A huge relief after a day where everything else went wrong! Even if it wasn’t the best food to get around here, the customer service would keep me a customer anyway!

Went early in the morning and asked if I could order an Italian sub and wrap for my husband and I to have for lunch. The woman said no problem. It was by far the best sandwich in PA. We just moved here and have had so many mediocre experiences at other places. This was such a relief to find a place with a good lunch. My husband grabbed a slice later in the week and said it was awesome. Will make this a new regular for us.
