Halal sign is posted on several places in the restaurant and clearly on their website. We tasted Bolani and Combo plate and both of the items were so delicious though. We also want spicy and their food isn’t that spicy but flavorful indeed. Plenty of dining space even for a big family. Only the parking was a little bit difficult because it’s street parking. Overall recommended. ☺️

Nice outdoor seating and right on A street with easy street parking. Service was very odd, we never saw a waiter as the owner indicated that they’ll be out soon. Anytime we needed anything, we went inside and asked the owner and he seemed surprised that we were not served. We were the only customers dining. We ordered the lamb kebab skewers and the squash kaedoo. The lamb was excellent with nice char and flavor but the kaedoo was too bland. It needed something more. The bread and rice were good.

Beautiful restaurant with very respectful staff! Being Afghan, I guess I just have a really high standard for Afghan food. With that being said, the lamb chops, rice, shore nakhut, and salad were Extremely underwhelming. I loved the potato bolani!!!
