Lots of ramen restaurants to choose from in Waikiki and we decided to try Baikokhen Ramen. Didn’t disappoint. The broth was on point, noodles not too thick or too thin and exactly what a good bowl of ramen should be. Char siu had very good flavour with decent fat to meat ratio. Definitely a goto place for ramen.

I love me some miso ramen! Also I love me some butter and corn inside my ramen! So this was my first choice in the noodle alley. Walked right in and got seated right away. I ordered the miso butter corn ramen $18 and my wife ordered the shio ramen, we also ordered some side like goyza $7 and potato croquette I think it was like $8 or $9? Honestly the ramen was good but a little pricey and the croquette was okay just like the gyoza. I can’t really expect japan quality but I would go back again. Also service was really good they kept on filling my water and asking if everything was good.

Lovely little ramen restaurant and very pleasant service. The noodles were yummy, the broth very tasty, the restaurant was very clean. I always notice the shoyu and salt & pepper shakers if they are smudgy… they were not. Very nice. I also liked the fake cherry blossom tree they have in the middle of the oval table. It creates a pleasant atmosphere. Really enjoyed it!

Having a ramen dinner inside the Stix Asia. There is one big circular table where diners would share with others, there are several tables for two or individuals at the counter. The broth is flavory and tastety. Other side dishes are also good. Pairing a steamy bowl of ramen with a bottle of cold beer gives a satisfactory feeling.

The BEST ramen place I’ve ever tried in my whole life. I got the spicy miso ramen, fried chicken, and gyoza. The ramen was perfectly spiced, super flavorful, and the meat was falling apart. It was SOOOOOO good! Perfect amount of food too. The chicken must’ve must’ve the BEST chicken I’ve ever eaten, and I’m not exaggerating. When I come back to Hawaii, I am 100% going to visit this place again because you will not be disappointed. Best meal ever!

One of the best ramen I’ve had!! Tucked away at the stix Asia food court, this vendor offers fresh and good quality Japanese food. Went back a second time and had takeaway instead and portions were just as big!

Got the Miso Ramen and the potato croquettes. Miso Ramen broth was AMAZING! Very authentic broth and noodles, the chashu and eggs were solidly average (I am biased because I used to live next to an amazing Ramen place in Japan with top tier Chashu). The croquette was amazing and took me back to Japan. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our vegan white and shoryu ramen here. My vegan ramen came with sweet roasted pumpkin which was flavourful and soft paired with an umami rich soup and medium hard noodles, i added an egg which was a lovely addition. Service was friendly and efficient, we were seated and served quickly. I have no complaints!

Not exaggerating when I say their Shoyu Ramen is like the elixir of life. I had other meals in other places that day but this ramen filled a void in my soul that I didn’t know I had.
