Smoothies are always good , and I usually come to this location as it’s the closet to my work , but the staff here are the rudest I’ve ever encountered in my life. Switched to online ordering so I don’t have to speak to them. And still get the most Attitude as soon as I walk in the door. I always tip 20% and get 2 very plain smoothies. I don’t understand the issue ?

Okay so staff was nice but I’m just so upset w the price change and I love pulp so I noticed. I got a smoothie that was $7.75 cool but it comes w the smallest cup so it was rip off then the staff decided to finish off the remainder of smoothie which isn’t a problem but if I’m going to spend that much on a smoothie I would like at least more then half of it. Thank you.

Worst customer service! I had a bad drink from this place which is the exception and not the rule and the way that they handled it was the biggest headache I’ve ever experienced in a customer service transaction. I made a simple call and explain how my drink was not tasting the way it normally does and the person over the phone told me that they would take care of it and for me to come back. Whenever I came back they acted like they had no clue what I was talking about and treated me like a criminal. I spoke with the owner and the owner apologized and told me that he would have a gift card waiting for me. I came back to pick up the gift card and then they told me that I had already picked up the gift card or they had given my gift card to someone else. The young girls that the owner has working for him have no clue what they’re doing and there is zero customer service or accountability. I would not patronize this place any further and recommend finding another place to go to.
