It’s Chick-fil-A. The food is great, but the service is not up to snuff. The workers are inefficient. Waiting 30 minutes to order my food, and another 10 to receive it is not good. They don’t read out the order when handing the food off, resulting in people accidentally stealing food.

A year ago this place was great, 5 stars, amazing, fast and friendly. Now it is so slow, it took 20 minutes to get a single spicy chicken sandwich, and there was no wait to order. They also prioritize grubhub orders, and let the people who wait in line, wait more to even order. The rest of the university is great, every other food place is awesome, but chikfila here is garbage.

Tried their breakfast. Sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. This is the second time I’ve eaten here. The first, the fries and chicken sandwich were pre made and barely warm. I gave them a second chance. The biscuit was old and hard. The sandwich fell apart in my hand and I wasted about $4 for it. The employees only smiled when talking to a customer, other wise they had blank looks on their faces and appeared to be unhappy. I will not give my money to this business again.

This is the WORST chick fil a I have ever been to. If you’re looking for the normal great chick fil a customer service don’t waste your time. If you are not an MSU student don’t waste your time. They are CONSTANTLY out of literally everything. They never listen if you ask for no pickles, and told me to pick them off when they messed up. They just got an icecream machine but don’t expect it to be working. Again; worst ever.
