A map search of “breakfast near me” led me to this little GEM of a neighborhood bistro. First of all, the grits represent! They were delicious and creamy and flavorful. Some of the best I’ve had in NOLA! The sharp white cheddar is what makes an average bacon egg and cheese sandwich something special here. You should try it. Then they have this grill brie and apple sandwich. It’ll make you come back! Thanks for everything. Great service & quaint neighborhood bistro setting. Oh I’ll be back

Just ordered since COVID-19 hit the world. Before Luca Eats was great and had wonderful service. Today, it was mediocre at best. Portions are half what they used to be though they increased the price. They don’t even bother filling up their tiny takeout containers.

The apple & brie croissant was everything I wanted- sweet and delectable. The apples were soft like apple pie. The Signature salad was underwhelming and overpriced. The bell pepper rings were interesting to try!

Staff was courteous. Orders were taken quickly and the menu was laid out fairly straight-forward. Service was a little slower than expected considering the number of customers.

Grabbed some to-go for breakfast on a Saturday morning. I got the shrimp & grits and my friend got the steak & egg sandwich. The wait time was about 20 minutes longer than the quoted time, but we’re in the middle of a pandemic and recovering from a hurricane 2 days ago, so the few extra minutes was totally understandable. Judging from the number of names that were called as we waited, they had a ton of online orders. The portions were small to me. You might want some sort of side if you’re ordering a breakfast sandwich. My shrimp & grits were pretty bomb, truly, but the portion was also on the smaller side. The dine-in situation looked really nice, with ample outside seating that made me wish we were eating there. It’s a cute neighborhood place. The total with grat for our two items was just over $28. I’ll be back to sit outside and try more of the menu.

Shrimp & Grits. If you go here and don’t get grits, I have no words. This is a beautiful family business with love poured into what they make. My favorite thing to do on a hot New Orleans day is walk over from the house, grab a watermelon lemonade and a bowl of shrimp and grits. Sometimes I go back in after eating, and order a second side order of grits. Warms my soul. Put your positive pants on, and walk on over!

This is a cute little shop in a quiet neighborhood. Very tasty and unique items. Portions could possibly be a wee bigger for the price, but other than that, highly recommended.
