This Wingstop is extremely dirty. The staff doesn’t keep the place clean, the manager Yazmine is very rude and unrepresentable. I had multiple complaints at this store and instead of her being a manager checking her employees, she told me to not come back. As y’all can see in the 2 pictures, it’s an employee leaning on the Wingstop wrappers they put on your tray before placing the wings on the wrapper. His entire behind is literally leaning and sitting on the paper. When I told Yazmine about the issue, this trifling manager told me “your wings are not going on that paper anyway, don’t worry about it” instead of checking her employee, she told me to not come back. As much as I used to eat at that Wingstop, I’m positive a good 5% of the store’s sales and revenue came from me, which is a big number coming from one person. Of course without hesitation, I stopped going. Especially after seeing the employees cooking with no gloves scratching their face picking their nose, as well as the employee who literally SAT on the paper where they put peoples wings on top of. They’re extremely unprofessional, store and employees are both dirty, and the wings don’t even be cooked all the way. Go to the next Wingstop near you, this definitely isn’t it.

Worst customer service ever! I will never go to this location again! Where do you find these people?? Take a class in customer service because everybody here is definitely lacking that. The employees here are extremely rude and like to act dumb when you tell them you’re there to pick up your order. They were visibly eating while cooking and had people walk in from outside *not in uniform* to hang out in the kitchen. Gross and extremely unprofessional.

This has to be one of the worst Wingstops in IL. Ordered online several times and I keep getting disappointed. Staff cannot follow simple directions on orders. Ordered fries “well done” and they come out almost raw like they’re doing on purpose (happened more than once). The staff that runs the register are rude when food is returned due to not being cooked to order. Just take the drive to a different location.

Outside of the general decor being average the experience I had at wingstop was great. Fabulous food, best chicken sandwich I have had in a long while and possibly my number 1 favorite. In addition to that the fries are my second favorite, very salty but not overly so and slightly sweet.
