Was looking for a quick bite nearby. The parking lot is small and there’s street parking. The restaurant has very few tables and is more popular for takeout and delivery. The staff is super friendly and the owner made us feel welcomed.

The only issue I’ve had with this place is the bacon pizza. I’ve gotten it twice, figured I’d give it another shot because maybe they were having a bad day. But nope. It’s just fatty pieces of bacon, & it’s not cooked well. Everything else we’ve gotten is delicious. Steak & cheese, fried raviolis, feta & spinach calzone are all awesome. The owner is also really nice.

I ordered a small extra cheese and bacon pizza. I politely asked if they would thicken the crust for me. “WOW”!!! IT WAS THE BEST PIZZA I’VE HAD EVER!! And I am not young. I’ve had a lot of pizza. My compliments to the chef.

I Called to order stuffed shells with pizza sauce. I explained to the girl on the phone I wanted alot of sauce. I recieved my order and there was no sauce and a ton of cheese and it was so burnt it broke the fork they provided. So I called back To inform them that there was no sauce and it was burnt. They offered to remake it or give me a credit towards next time. I said I do not order often so please remake it. And again I said please make sure there is allot of sauce, I want the sauce to come over top of the shells and very light cheese. Doorbell rang and I gave back the first order and opened the second. And to my surprise had to call back once again there was so much cheese is was sickening and barely any sauce. So I called back and got told I will give you a free one next time. I said I don’t want a free one because I don’t order often. I’m sorry $38.00 for a steak sub and stuffed shells it alot for a pizza place. It’s a shame I have to write this because I used to order it all the time and just spoke highly of them not even a week ago, hence the reason I ordered. To bad I can’t post a picture. The first one I ordered was so burnt to the bottom I was able to hang it upside down and not a drop fell out. I posted a picture under the photos on Google I’m extremely disappointed shame on you Holbrook house!

Ordered 3 large subs and an order of fries, came to $47.02. It was absolutely horrible! My veggie sub had canned mushrooms and the peppers and onions had an odd taste, could not eat it. Hubby only ate half his and none of the subs looked or felt toasted even though we asked for toasted. My son’s steak tip sub said it was tough. This place has gone downhill, very disappointed! Never again!

I’d fire the girl who works at the front. She shouldn’t be working in a customer service setting. Or Maybe move her to the back where no one can see how she behaves. She was extremely unprofessional and trashy. I’d much rather give my money to a business who respects their customers then a business who has people like this working the phones and directly with people. She should not be able to have direct access with any of your customers with how she presents herself. Very sad.
