We were looking for somewhere to eat after the Hornets game. We searched and found this lovely establishment inside Hilton Charlotte Uptown. Food was served quickly and tasted very good.

We went here on a Sunday when most places were closed or weren’t open until 5pm. Arrived around 4pm and noticed that the place was pretty empty so we thought this would work in our favor. The hostess asked us to sit anywhere, and then followed us over to offer water. We knew something was up at that point. Problem – only one server for the entire restaurant. There was another table of (6) that the only server, the manager (presumed) and the hostess were taking care of. The table was giving them a hard time about the food, and took up all of their time. We waited for 30 min. until the only server arrived to take our order. She was not very happy. Manager walked by us many times without even a word or a look. It took another 20 for our appetizer to arrive, and then another 15 min. for our food to arrive. There was only one other couple in the place, and we were there about 2hrs – 15min just to eat lunch. The food was ok, especially the sweet potato fries but by this time we needed to leave. The restaurant is inside of a beautiful Hilton hotel, but be warned, if this place runs like this with a couple of people in it, I cannot imagine what happens when the crowds come in, if they do. The service is completely non-existent. Good luck.

We ordered the breakfast buffet and it was delicious. Omlettes made to order, fresh fruit, bacon, sausage, waffles and pancakes. All of them were quality. The service was friendly and attentive. When we pointed out what we thought was a discrepency on our bill, our server told us that our sons were under 12 and their meal was free. Nice!

Cool, quiet with expert, friendly service and delicious food. Three diners ordered burgers of different doneness with different condiments and sides and all were delivered flawlessly and quickly. And the strawberry shortcake was sublime. We will definitely return!

They are very rude, it is not customer friendly, I went there with our two young kids for breakfast they did charge adults price , in-spite on that they come and check every plate what kids are eating they keep come and ask only kids eating and questioning.

Had the burger which reminded me of the school cafeteria back in the day. The old fashion was too sweet. Okay is you don’t want to leave the property, but do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. On the plus side, good service and friendly people.

Just getting in off the road and needed a quick bite to eat. The menu wasn’t necessarily impressive but the ambiance was cool for a chill time with friends. ❤️ My classic chicken noodle soup was decent fare. It served the purpose to tide me over until brunch the next day. LoL! The strawberry shortcake with the pureed strawberry filling was light and creamy goodness. ❤️ It was a 3.5 for me but there’s no option for half stars here.
