Ordered for quick pick up. I waited for 20 minutes when I got there. I ordered 2 mac and cheese bowl combos and a 3 piece meal. No fries with the combo bowl and the chicken looked like it was cooked 2 days ago. It was dry and hardly warm.. The kids didn’t eat the bowls. The only thing good was the coleslaw. I wont go back.

Went here around 10:30pm. We ordered online and I put my number in and everything. We got here and they told us they couldn’t make it. And that we had to refund it. They could have called me and said something or refunded it themselves. Very disappointing. Please get new workers who actually want to work here and help their costumers.

They dont have competent help , at dinner time 530 they didnt have chicken cooked , the shift manager waa as smart as a empty box and 2 different food delivery services waited 15 mins each for the orders they had to deliver..oh and they dont have paper plates ,or knives to eat with..the napkins are almost see through..I understand cost cutting but cmon your entire business is food , the cost of the a paper plate and plastic knife needs to be cut ?

My wife and I had a busy schedule today so we stopped for a bucket of chicken on the way home. THE WHOLE 16 PIECES were so dried out and rock hard that when we got home we couldn’t even eat it…absolutely disgusting and shameful on the management and owner of Southport franchise…..

Nothing wrong with food (supposedly). One of their employees was eating while making food! Masks are mandatory (which is great) but only for some customers; not sure on what basis they were discriminating this. Even some of their employees were wearing it on chin, including the girl eating fries

Went to this establishment around 9pm to the drive through and was told to separate orders while we were the only ones there, both times around. The two employees where busy on there phones and my large order of popcorn chicken that I spent $8 came out 10 mins later with 12 pieces in a small fry container… that was a first. Never had bad service with Horseheads KFC so that’s where I’ll only go for now on.

Totally disappointed! I ordered an 8 piece regular chicken bucket but after getting home it turned out they gave us crispy, ,hard as a rock chicken. The 4 biscuits were also very hard. Fortunately the mashed potatoes, gravy and coleslaw was great.

We went to KFC taco bell in elmira NY and the workers were so cold they had multiple clothes and coats on to stay warm. There was ice in their toilets and their soda machines were frozen to the point they had to buy canned soda to sell. You can’t dine in and yet they told their bosses or corporate months ago when their air conditioner didn’t work during the summer and it’s the same unit for heat so it’s below zero here this week and weekend. This is very inhumane for the employees and your patrons.
