Rude MNGment . Stay out . I order pizza for kids birthday party in advance and told them to have it ready at 3:50 . When I came nothing was ready . Then they start saying that my order was put in at 4:50 to be ready . They made me wait and made me feel like it’s all my fault . They didn’t even apologize . They told me to wait 15 more min but I waited 25 min Manager on duty was rude.

This establishment claimed today they have ONE OVEN working yet the delivery guys are in and out in 5 minutes they do not know how to process the orders or what the heck is going on now waiting 50 minutes a sandwich and bread this is way past poor service !! Never ever again

I ordered double bacon with extra jalapeño well done and that did not happen. This isn’t the first time and I’m fed up. I won’t be coming back. This was a rewards pizza because I’ve bought so many. Thanks but no thanks I’ll take my business elsewhere. Check your pizza before you leave to make sure it’s correct 9 out of 10 it won’t be.

We specifically put in our order for an exact time so we’d have dinner right when we got home at that time. Dominoes delivered it so much earlier than scheduled that when we got home we had cold pizza and soggy wings on our doorstep… what’s the point then of the scheduled delivery feature? Had to toss the entire meal and dispute the charge because no one picks up the phone.

They recently raised their prices for the second time, but lowered the quality and quantity of ingredients. They no longer have 3 topping carryout for $7.99, instead it is only 1 topping for $7.99. Little Caesar’s and Pizza Hut now stand as better value pizza chains for the money. Also they now consider bacon a “premium ingredient” so they charge $2.50 now instead of $1.75…. The pizza I used to get for $10 is now $20, plus the service has always been poor also…. so I’m out. Thirty years of being a loyal customer but this brand as a whole has gone down the toilet

The man on the phone was so rude. I called and he just yelled DOMINOS WE ARE BUSY AS F&$@! DO YOU STILL WANT TO ORDER? YES OR NO?! I still placed the order solely because it was my daughters birthday and she wanted Domino’s pan pizza. When I arrived, they were busy, but it wasn’t the wait that was the problem. Two things, one there were no chairs, and there were about 6 people standing in the middle of the lobby as the drivers manvered in and out the store. There was an elderly couple, one with a cane that stood in there longer than me -bless them. The second and in my opinion worst thing was the chef making the food. I understand they were busy, however this man was complaining about the company, the business, the management, and even the owner. The man was slamming things though I don’t know what because he was partly behind a wall. I have a feeling than everyone in that lobby that night will never come to this Dominos again, just as I will not. The experience was truly something out of a movie, like a comedy but not funny because it was real.
