Our first Smashburger experience was delicious! We tried the smoked cheddar brisket burger and the BBQ bacon cheddar burger. Both were great tasting. We each had a single patty, and they were huge! Also tried the peanut butter milkshake: YUM!! Great casual dining experience with tasty food!

The slowest kitchen staff in the land. Dude took 15 minutes to make a freaking shake it was like he’s moving in slo motion. When he did he gave it to another customer that ordered a diffrent shake and only realized it 5 minutes later. Remade my shake which took 10 minutes and didn’t make enough, this took 5 more minutes. If you don’t want to show any sort of hustle the management should be smart enough to let him go. This place has realllly gone down hill, owners deserve better probably losing a huge profit. Will absolutely never be back. Cold food and wasted 30 minutes on a pre order.

The food is really the best in the area. All of the other overhyped places don’t even come close. Unfortunately, I do see why some customers had an unpleasant experience with the staff, they can come off as rude and impatient but I think it could be their personality or just tired (i know, it’s not an excuse since they are in service industry) because they have brought the food to me and are very polite each time. I know they can do better, but let’s also give them a break. Management, please treat your employees better and work out your differences. Keep your quality and prices the same.

Great first experience here. As fast casual burger places go, it’s definitely one of the best! Their signature smash sauce was really good! The burgers were cook very well. The surprise were the onion rings! They were not over cooked and still tasted like onion rings. Definitely looking to trying another burger next time I come but the Double Smash Classic isn’t a bad way to go!

Cookers that were working today are the slowest guys i ve ever seen. They work absolutely slowly, because of them there is a long queue in the hall and for delivery, I waited for my order for more than 30 minutes, I was in other smashburgers’s , this has never happened. teach your employees a lesson, or better yet, fire them

I love burgers and smash burgers was legit. The burger patty were thick and juicy, and not the gooey minced up jello or jerky like patties like some chains does it. They use pretzel buns and I like it, it certainly gives the burger an instant uplift, classy-fying it.

The food is the best, hamburgers are the best in all fast food stores, but the table were not cleaned so i had to cleaned it, floors were like sticky i guess for the food grease. And the worse part was the service, i think it was the supervisor but she was so rude when the beer was ready. They should improve the service and cleaning because the food is so great.

Our burgers were delicious and seasoned and the smash tots were hot and crispy. Although our cashier appeared patient, he looked irritated and annoyed. We waited like 15 or 20 min for our food. Inside was nice, mostly quiet, and chill while we waited for our food until one of the customers blurted out this has onions on their burger which was a little loud since she was at the back tables and my bf and I were at the front tables. Especially since everyone in the place could hear her exchange with the manager on getting her food corrected. Overall, it was a pretty good experience!
