I haven’t been to this pizza ranch in a while and I was very impressed. The staff was helpful and respectful. The atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. The food was excellent. I was happy to see that there wasn’t a line nor a wait for any of the food. I was also happy to see that the food was well stocked and available. The chicken at both Charles city and Waverly used to be empty every time I went up for some. I will definitely be visiting again!

Went here for lunch during the week and had a very positive experience. Service was great, buffet bar was stocked well, and the food on it was good and hot. They had all the dessert options fully stocked too. Would go back as compared to other Pizza Ranch’s that I’ve been to, this one seems to be the best in the immediate area.

Ice cream was out of order. Broasted potatoes and the “chips” were ice cold. Dessert pizza selection was good and the chicken was fresh. We had to wait quite a while for a staff person to come ring up our order when we arrived. It was OK.

The place is nice on the inside. Visited on a Saturday around 3pm and there was only 1 other couple there. The price is a little high for what they offer. $15/person for buffet. The buffet options were very limited. $10-$12/ person would be more appropriate. The food was good. About average. Everything on the salad bar looked wilted and kinda soggy as if it had been there for a while (1 star deduction). There was no “wow” factor that makes this place stand out and the limited choices (1 star deduction). All in all the food was good and I left full. I feel 3 stars is a fair rating based on my review.

We were there at 5:00. They barely had any chicken on the buffet. When they brought some out it was like 7 pieces and went very fast. It was a night the Cub Scouts of Clarksville were there so lots of families came in. I never did get a chicken breast as very few were brought out and gone right away. Very disappointed.
