We’ve been going to Jim & Nenas for years at the East Berlin shop. Now we head to the Spring Grove shop. Good food and good service! Gluten Free Pizzas are good. Make sure to ask for them to be well done. And always ask for the fries to come at the same time as your pizza!!

Average pizza. This location is one of a number of them in the York Adams county area. It’s a nice spot with a good atmosphere. Very nice staff and clean restaurant. The fries were cooked really well and came to the table super hot and salted nicely. Love that. It would be my go to spot if I was in the area.

So despite the fact they post their Friday closing time as 10pm, they like to answer and then hang up the phone or say nothing at all. It’s a very poor customer experience. Why not just answer and let a person know you are done taking orders for the night? I could literally hear you and you just say nothing. This happened three times in a row. It was 9:20pm. I don’t think 40 minutes is cutting it too close to closing time for a pickup order. Then again, I wouldn’t know because you answered the phone three times but failed to say anything.
