So went to B-Dubs for lunch at what looked to be a fairly new location. Wasn’t very busy at all. Probably should have told me something….. Food was at best ok. My chicken tenders were NOT tenders. They were strips cut out of a chicken breast, breaded and fried. Not good at all and not what was ordered. Didn’t look anything like what my wife’s unbreaded tenders looked like so something was not right. Waitress was ok, but got my wife’s order wrong and they had to remake it, didn’t give us enough napkins for wings and didnt offer us a to go soda like the other locations we have been to. Ugh… Food took an exceptionally long time to arrive no busier than they were. I will say that the Dirty Dubs Tots were good! All in all not a very good experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings, at least not what we are used to. Won’t go back to that location.

I see a lot of not so great reviews for this new location here in Albertville most complaining about wait times. Well this is new to Albertville and wait times means this place is POPULAR! Chelsea our bartender was super friendly, spunky and full of enthusiasm! Had an absolute blast! Plenty of different beer on draft. And of course they got WINGS lol a welcome addition to Albertville

First time I’ve eaten here. They were short staffed (as many places are), but our server was great. The wings were a little small but they were very tasty. We didn’t walk out hungry. Very nice experience.

The waitress from tonight did not know that this location doesn’t honor the 15 piece bogo. She continues to say computer doesn’t work and that she doesn’t know. Then preceded to get an attitude because we questioned why it doesn’t work. Didn’t catch her name but continues to be extremely rude to my pregnant wife.

We went for dinner for the first time tonight and will not be back. We ordered sweet tea, Dr. Pepper, Pepsi, and fried pickles. The waitress brought our drinks and didn’t return to our table to check on us until I called her out (about 15 minutes). The teas were not sweet and when asked to replace them we were told that they would not be making more even though it was 9:00 and they didn’t close until 12:00. The fried pickles pictured above were $9 for 15 pickle chips….that is a whole order!! We requested our check and left. We will not be back.

Very good food and great service. We had Alexia as our waitress and she was attentive and nice. I had the Cheese Curd Bacon Burger and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend and will be back.

I thought the atmosphere was nice, but the tables were packed in so close together! The lady at the table next to ours was practically sitting elbow to elbow with me. The place wasn’t packed, so I’m not sure why they seated us at a table that was so close to someone else. I felt like introducing myself. We were so on top of each other. Other than that, the food was great, the service was great, and the atmosphere was nice.

Bar tender didn’t even know how to make mixed drinks so I had to drink white claw very slow bring out my order and brought me a shot in a hot shot gas just out the glass washer. But my opinion managment should have known better especially when she would call someone else to make a mixed drink……..
