They just plain out didn’t put the burger in one of the kids meals I ordered. Just apple slices. Waste of time having to get home to that and having to drive all the way back. Not to mention the attitude they gave when their mistake was brought to their attention. What a joke!

I can’t leave a proper review with the company because I wasn’t given my receipt. But I did go to the Wendy’s attached to the pilot in Anthony, Texas and the food was all premade. Nothing was hot nothing was fresh. The fries are cold and stiff. The employees are standing around talking and they’re not doing anything. It took five minutes for somebody to come take my order then I got told that there was absolutely no grilled chicken. They didn’t have any frozen nothing so I had to order nuggets and my nuggets were cold and old just like my fries. The only good thing about my meal is the fact of my soda was good.

The only reason I’m leaving a one star is because you cannot leave zero stars to leave a review. The staff that works here is very uneducated and very unprofessional. They should be careful on who they serve. They think that they could speak about them in Spanish thinking that they don’t understand what they’re saying. There are many people that really need a job. Seems to me even managers here at Wendy’s need customer service training. Very sad to see how unprofessional this place is when all my kids wanted was to eat lunch. Wendy’s DO BETTER

I ordered a single combo no onion no ketchup no cheese. Had all 3 ingredients. Returned meal to get it right. Second time around got it wrong again. They put cheese and onion. I also got same fries from first wrong meal. Didn’t eat the fries. With an hour lunch I was not pleased.
