Great staff, GREAT FOOD, great atmosphere (plus doggies)!! The owner was very welcoming, let us know about their homemade baked goods as soon as we got in (cinnamon rolls 10/10), handled all of the service herself while hubby did the cooking. Food was incredible (homemade bread 10/10) and very quick without sacrificing quality, we couldn’t wait to dig in! We’re travelling back from camping and wanted a quick stop for breakfast, HIGHLY recommend Mystic River Cafe!!

Went for breakfast this week and cannot speak highly enough of this restaurant. Norm treated us like family, made my son feel like he was the most special guest ever and the food was impeccable. The food is an incredible value as is, but the quality ingredients and the attention to detail Norm puts into his food is second to none. Missed seeing Brittani who is typically there as well, but my family will always support small businesses like this one, and especially any business involving this duo. If you want high quality food at fair pricing and be treated as though you are in their dining room at their home, there’s no other place to go.

First timer! 2 out of 3 anyway. A mere suggestion about its location on the river with a water view was enough to go try them out. Menu was burgers, fish, fresh steamed clams, pizza, salad and appetizers. No alcohol. Outside seating was with sturdy expanded metal type tables and chairs, on a wood deck in good condition. No umbrellas. That was ok. Inside was warm, a little too much for us and it was a beautiful day with some rain in the forecast, which did arrive just as we were leaving

They warned me about ordering 3 pancakes but I didn’t listen. They are the biggest things I have ever seen. Great tasting. The service was great and we felt like family. We found a place to eat on our way back home from Tupper Lake.

We went in early July and they were out of lots of product but the service was good, good enough to go back. We went again August 22nd, they had everything in stock. The food was fantastic. My 14 year old son ordered the salad and he could not eat it all and I have seen him devour 2 Big Mac’s and a large fry in one sitting!! Our server took great care of us and turned out to be the owner, hard at work making sure the customers were taken care of!

A friend and I were visiting friends in the area last night, and this spot came highly recommended! We got a friendly greeting when we arrived, and had great service from start to finish of our visit. Delicious poutine made with perfectly crispy fries and local (!) cheese curds, and an excellent and creatively topped burger cooked to a flawless medium rare.
