Excellent pizza! Richard’s is generous with cheese and toppings, and the crust is a perfect mix of a little crunch but still light and fluffy. Chicken, bacon & ranch is a must, but you can’t go wrong with a classic like pepperoni either. Steak hoagies are one of their claims to fame, they do go heavy on onion so ask for light if that’s not your thing. Highly recommended.

The last time I ate inside this restaurant for a meal at lunch, I had a terrible experience with a rude and incompetent employee behind the counter, I think she was one of the managers. Have not eaten in the store since then, but I do occasionally order a carry out for a steak sandwich when I’m feeling low on my grease quotient for the month.

Pizza & hoagy was great but the fries were but done. Prices are fair. Employees are very nice. It really bothered me that every single table in the place was dirty. Of course she came out & cleaned one for us but never cleaned the others

Tried this place yesterday. Ordered a steak sandwich and the meatball plate. It was absolutely terrible. I am not one to complain at restaurants. But it was so dry and not good whatsoever. I do not recommend. The meatballs however were delicious. I don’t think I would be back. Overall just was not good at all. The steak sandwich is basically a dry hamburger patty. Don’t waste your time

We went here for a birthday party. You order your food up front but they bring it out to you. We love the steak sandwiches! They came out fresh and were perfect. This particular restaurant was clean and has a lot of room. You also refill your own drinks. They have Pepsi products. Overall, it was a good experience.

Great time with a large group of 16 at Richard’s in Fairfield. They set us up in part of their party hall. It was so great to be able to chat without bothering anyone. Food was great, from salads to pasta to the steak sandwiches. Clean and spacious. Ordered at the counter and food was delivered as it was made – we all had numbers. A great time by all!

We booked the party room for a baby shower. The food was great. The only bad thing was 3 hours isn’t long enough for a party and to clean up, I felt rushed to have everyone eat, the mommy to be open presents, have dessert then clean up. I wished we could of had at least 4 hours.

One of the two best pizza places in the area. Generous and fresh toppings on the pizza. A good sauce, not sweet, not real spicy but not bland. Famous for their steak sandwiches which are so yummy but may be too much for some.
