Avoid this Domino’s location on Airport road, its not worth the headache!!! They will over charge you, then make you jump through hoops to prove that they did. Their employees aren’t the shapest. I actually knew I was gonna be overcharged because they ran my card on several separate occasions during my order they said their system was having issues and they said this is how they do it, so I wouldn’t be shocked if they overcharge people often. I called several times spoke with a Dallan who advised I would be refunded I never was. I called a week later spoke with Angelina who was gonna mail me a check but she needed to speak with Randy who was her boss, she refused to give me his last name. But he advised I needed to show proof I was over charged. I asked why her and dallan were both going to give me refunds but now I need to bring in proof and she advised she wanted to make sure I wasn’t scamming them. So they made mistakes several times but I need to show the proof of their mistake in order to get a refund. Do not buy from his Dominos their are several others in this area to go to. Ive Always had issues with this location. I used to get deliveries, but after several issues I started to pick up my pizzas and now i have more issues.

Over priced! Ordered the loaded tots for the first time & they were NOT loaded!! There was VERY minimal cheese on them so half the tots were plain & bland! Plus the ones that were “loaded” were burnt so bad! I salted the plain tots & dipped them in fry sauce.

Food arrived fast and within time frame, the Alfredo chicken was good and had good amount of sauce. My pizza however has been a let down the past couple of times. Any time I order the handmade pan pizza it is half raw. The bottom has a nice crust but the middle and right under the sauce it is super raw, they replaced it today but my new one was the same. It used to be my favorite but with it being a reoccurring issue I won’t be getting my pizza here. ☹️

Arrived early at the pick up window. We gave the name and the employee said ok and disappeared. Next thing we know he’s loading delivery bags, then out the door with 3 deliveries… we see another employee come near the window, load more delivery bags and he never acknowledges us. Finally after 13 minutes at the window, we go in and all that’s said is, sorry it’s extremely busy. Pizza gets home, luke warm, the thin crust is burnt, broken and cold… the half cheese side of the pizza was covered with additional sausage and pepperoni… the worst pizza I’ve ever received and the service has much to be desired.

For fast pizza, this place is the absolute best. I love the flavor of their sauce, which for me makes or breaks a pizza. We always get double sauce (at no additional cost) for good measure.

Ordered a pizza at 5:45pm, at 6:10pm it said the delivery driver Trayton was on his way. 45 minutes later, still no pizza (we live less than 8 minutes from the store). Called the store and the employee I spoke to said it was marked as delivered so he was going to contact the delivery driver. About 5 minutes later he came back on the line and said the delivery driver told him it was delivered. We received no pizza. He either delivered it to the wrong house (not sure how you even do that) or he lied and marked it as delivered and enjoyed a free pizza. Super frustrating as I paid for the pizza online and now i’ve got a hungry family here with no pizza.
