Took my two kids (8 year old boy) (5 year old girl), to this Chuck E Cheese. Place was spotless and well kept. The staff was amazing, super friendly and spoke to and treated my kids like they were small adults and not children (which I appreciate a ton). The environment was relaxing, calm and just a feeling of positive energy. Ian the manger is a total professional when it comes to customer service and entertaining children (couldn’t thank him enough). Though we did not eat there, the salad bar looked extremely fresh and clean (it was like 9pm too). Overall the experience was great!!!!! My kids were so happy leaving with their prizes and experience. Thank you Ian and staff, you’re cooperate bosses would and should great for you and your team.

My 5 year old Daughter and my first time there today! It was super clean! And the Manager Bob was super helpful…walking us through how to use everything. I purchased a chocolate cake at the end, and he went above and beyond to put the edible Chuck E. Cheese logo on the top for us! Food was so good! My Daughter ordered the pizza, and I got the salad bar. Everything was fresh and delicious! We can’t wait to come back!!

Went here for a birthday party. Was expecting it to be loud because of the kids and games, but not because of the music and announcements. Between the extremely large screen and loud music we left feeling ill. We had headaches, ear pain, and felt dizzy. My son enjoyed a lot of the games but he also found the giant screen noisy and overwhelming. The staff was super nice and I didn’t feel it was our place to say anything about the noise because it wasnt our party and I didn’t want to spoil the fun for others.

On February 24th, we celebrated our little ones birthday. We were afraid to go because of other people’s reviews but it turns out that the place is really clean and the people are nice too. The atmosphere is great for the kids. We were served by the manager Katie and also by Kate. They were both so nice and helped us every step of the way. They were so helpful at all times. Our family and our guests enjoyed our time there. We recommend going for a fun time with little kids.
