This establishment does not answer the phones. So if you’re trying to call in an order good luck. They want you to use the app, but half the time you experience a ‘technical difficulty’ leaving you unable to order via the app with a card. And unable to call in an order because their voice-mail is ‘full’. If you wanna order, it’s gotta be in person. Meaning you’ll have to wait 30+ minutes at the storefront location for your order. Total joke.

You guys seriously need to change your hours. This is ridiculous. I’m ordering online and get into checkout and get a message saying this location is no longer taking online orders at this time. It’s not even 8pm! Says it closes at 9pm. I guess I’ll go to Pizza Hut. They don’t close until midnight. Most people in Ontario are night owls. Every restaurant should close no earlier than midnight.

The Ontario store has recently gotten sloppy with the drive-thru orders and I assume it’s because customers aren’t watching those pizzas get made. They’ve been skimping on toppings and kinda just flinging them on there unevenly. Also, we just brought home 2 pizzas and whoever made and wrapped them apparently did so on a dirty surface, because there were random loose toppings from other pizzas stuck among the plastic folds and a few were on top of our pizzas. I picked them off and spread out the measly sauce and toppings on our stuffed pizza to make it look better, but I’m disappointed in the overall quality. At $20 per pizza, customers should be getting better quality and consistency. Hope they see this review and take steps to improve their process.

Have always loved the food, but was disappointed with this purchase. My salad was old and should have been tossed a couple of days so. Paid for extra cheese and pepperoni on one side, but didn’t get it. Paid for green peppers on the Hawaiian side, and literally had 2 pieces. Tasted good though.

Took vacation to run over grab a pizza cause they close at 9…they had the lights off I called was told no we change our times…asked for manager to be told the boss is here…they proceeded to have me wait 45 sec to hang up on me an unplug the phone line not knowing I was outside the store watching them!! Super unsatisfied with my experience……

I have been to several Papa Murphy’s, this one was fine, has a drive-thru for pickup orders which was really convenient. It was not busy at all and I was able to drive right through, my food is ready on time and looked and tasted great. I was greeted quickly and with good service.
