I came in all bruised and beaten leaving a bad relationship hundreds of miles from home with no money and the manager Cheryl didn’t blink an eye. She welcomed me with a warm heart and the store is orderly and neat. As a waffle house waitress the crew works like a well oiled machine and I thank you guys for helping me on my journey. So we sat in this waffle house on a Monday night around 10PM for 40 minutes & ended up walking out before they even started to cook our food. Waited 20 minutes for drinks & 10 minutes for the waiter to even approach us after sitting down. Never even got silverware.

Service was horrible. Only two people were working. Got our food before even getting drinks, then had to ask for utensils and drinks. Forgot most our food and has to ask for it. Food was made and then sat in counter. People came in for a Togo order and were tended to and given food that was suppose to be ours.

Ever since the new waitress has started this location is either closed or only taking to go orders. The cooks are standing outside and the waitress is usually sitting down. Why get a job if you don’t work. Waste of employment. I want to dine in after driving for hours not take out.
