I ordered a 6 piece hot wings with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. The cashier was nice asked me to park because they had to drop more chicken. I said ok and I parked 10 minutes later she brought me my food. I went home bite into my wing and it was just as pink as can be my wings was under cooked… I called 6 times no answer I was going to take it back I just dropped it in sum grease and finished cooking it! I will not be returning there. Customer service was great, food not on point

I went to this location on 5/19/2023 around 10pm last night I spent $56 only to get home and missing a sandwich and my 2 famous bowls had no chicken on them. On top of that the girl that was taking the order was rude af. Even after we asked if everything was in the bags. I’ve been trying to get in contact with the store but nobody picks up the phone.

Why on this earth did they change the menu. 1st the meals are way too expensive for their kids meal sized chicken strips. $9 for smaller than average food. Please KFC if you’re losing money just say so! We work hard for our money and want food that fits the price we paid for our I’ll take myself to Buds and get full off $9. Shouldn’t have to check my food and feel like I’m a toddler grown people deserve regular size food not to mention I had moldy coleslaw from one of these locations coleslaw isn’t black!!!!

Worst kfc in South florida. Always out of Xtra crispy chicken. And when they finally have it they give you dark meat when you ordered white meat. Obviously it’s too hard of a job to read the screen and put the chicken in the da** box. Zero stars is what they deserve.

One star is be generous because I was never waited on, waited 10 minutes in the lobby to order I was never acknowledged by any employee that saw me. I ended up walking out. Sad truth they were not busy one car in drive through and me, never have I had this bad a service at any of the Yum restaurants.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, first and issue at the drive thru 15 cars , once I get to the window I try getting the 8 piece guy at window said 27$ plus the tax when there is a picture saying 2 for $ 5.99 I went inside a told the manager not only was she supossed to honor what they advertised, buy the machine went down waiting 30 minutes to be able to ordered. End up leaving what a disgrace of a place and customer service completely 0 at all. Need to change everyone that works it hasn’t been the only time.
