The lady who waited on us was so nice…didn’t take long to get our food and it was all right. We dined in and she walked around cleaning tables and even asked if we was good. The food was good and the staff was amazing. I don’t know why so many people complain about this place. I give it 10 stars! We had the taco bell part.

The worst KFC ive ever been too!!! I’ve been 3 or 4 times just to give them another chance but every time has been a hastle and an horrible experience!! Always tell me to pull forward and takes 30 mins to get your order wrong and what is right is cold.. the people that work there do not care about customers what so ever unless your are dark skinned.. I walked in this evening to get my order right and there was a huge puddle of water right were you order your food at dripping from the ceiling. I mentioned it to an employee and she just shrugged her shoulders and got back on her phone while 4 more employees being loud in the back talking about anything and everything under the sun beside task at hand… when one of them should at least put a bucket there to catch the water and mop up the mess. this place needs to shut down or needs new management who would actually care about customer satisfaction… couldn’t give a 0 star to write my review so I had to give them a 1…

Door was locked when I arrived. An arriving employee unlocked it from the outside. Order not ready at 6:35 as app promised. Original recipe chicken was old and dry. Ordered 3 pieces & got 2. When i asked for fresh chicken they said they were out of Original seasoning. When I questioned that, the girl at counter was smart mouthed about it. “We do have Original chicken but you don’t want what we have”. No ma’am I don’t. They gave us Xtra crispy instead. Out of fries. Had to wait for popcorn chicken and chicken sandwich. Paid upcharge through app for strawberry lemonade, was told they don’t have strawberry lemonade at that location. And they can’t refund my money because I ordered through the app. Biscuit too hard to eat. Sandwich bun was also hard. Out of Dr. Pepper. Manager was stressed. He did really try to make it right by giving an extra sandwich and a few cookies since I paid for things I couldn’t get and had to wait over 30 minutes for my food. Crew just didn’t seem to care. Like, how dare I bother them while they were at work? Did I mention the door was locked? At least they weren’t “out of chicken” like the last time we went to the Greenwood location. Yall NEED to take a look at customer service at the franchises in this area. It’s truly awful.

Wasn’t a place for “zero” stars so I had to lie and give them a 1 star.. Sat in DT almost 30 min. Half of my order wasn’t there and I was told to pull up and it would be taken care of. Finally got home and it wasn’t at all corrected. Oh wait, they put an order of fries in the bag that I didn’t even order!! You would think with a $55 order something would be right.. a bunch of teenagers goofing off and yelling in the kitchen. Definitely not ready for a real job! I’ll drive to Greenwood next time!!
