I ordered pizzas on the app for a birthday party, received an email that they were hot n ready. Went to get the pizzas the store was closed not a person in sight. Called back spoke with Cameron who hung up on me after I asked his name. I had 40 people at my house waiting on pizza, drove 23 miles to get the pizza and this dude offers me a $10 credit for my inconvenience. I am reporting them to corporate. The hours were not updated on the website or front door and I was able to place my order! This is no way to run a business.

We’ll order chicken wings last night…middle of the night woke up puking. Then it all has been down hill since then. Definitely Food poisoning and this stuff is no fun having. So now I get to lose out on income for what I’m hoping is only gonna last 24hrs at least. So way to go Pizza Hut. Never again.

Ordered delivery tonight. Ordered large pizza and pasta that came with cheese sticks. I didn’t get the cheese sticks delivered. I called to say don’t worry about it and the guy answered and put me on hold twice without saying anything. Then he said he had to transfer me to the store even though that was the stores number? Then transferred me to someone else where I sat on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up. This isn’t the first time this has happened but it will be the last.

Ordered the Big New Yorker, bread sticks, Alfredo pasta and the Buffalo Chicken dipper. They forgot the buffalo and ranch sauce for the dipper making it a pocket of bland chicken, onion and cheese. The bread sticks were burnt and had little to no seasoning. Absolutely tasteless and tough to eat. The pizza weren’t too bad and the pasta is what you would expect. I only ordered because the brought back the New Yorker and this experience reminded me why I stopped ordering from Pizza Hut.
