This may be harsh to say but drive through experience can either be hit or miss with this place. As it depends on employees. I often request for no mayo as it doesn’t sit well with my stomach. They either don’t put mayo on it with ease or it’s a whole 3 minute argue back and forth at the drive-thru. Of try not to put other things on the burger when all I ask was for no mayo. I didn’t say no condiments just no mayo. So it can be frustrating at times. Sometimes they give me the wrong size of fry when I ask for large then get a medium ect yet was charged for the large. But over these past few months they have got to a lot better and I have not had any issues That’s why I am raising my review back up as I believe any place can redeem themselves

It’s Jack in the Box so I’m a bit biased because I’m not a big fast food eater these days but over the years I’ve never had bad experiences here. The staff never got upset when we would storm the place in high school with 1 person buying something and 15 more asking for water cups.
