the most authentic chinese food in kalamazoo! my parents and I have been hankering for some tasty chinese options, and Chuancai Fang satisfied that craving. they have a wonderful mix of spicy and non spicy options. the prices are super reasonable, and it’s great because there are soo many dishes to try!

The hostess was friendly. The waiter was friendly but did not know anything on the menu. Received the bill and we were charged more than what was written on the menu. Told the waiter and the manager/owner that we were charge wrong, and she told us that the menu was 6 yrs old. Noone told us until we got the bill. They are doing false adversement and charging people more. The manager said she would but she only change one of them. In the end, we didn’t want to complain and left. We are not coming back, I wouldn’t recommend going to this restaurant bc they’re charging people more on what is actually on the menu is very shady business. I would recommend going to Hunan next door at least you’ll get charge of what’s on the menu, the food is way better, and better waiter/waitress.

Dan Dan noodles were made of spaghetti and portion is so small. Better go to Hunan Gardens for their dan dan.
