This is a very good pizza hut. As you may know franchise pizza places can be hit or miss because of the management but I am happy to say this location is run really well. If you want to order Pizza Hut this is your spot. I have never had any problems and the pizza is always made really well.

Car in front of me sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes. I figured he was waiting for a large order. Eventually he left, so I pulled up. I’m still sitting here in the drive thru after about 25 minutes and no one has even opened the window to talk to me. A couple people keep walking by the window and not saying anything.

Terrible customer service. Ordered my food and an hour later they EMAIL me to tell me sorry your order couldn’t be placed. So I called and manager said she didn’t know anything about it and nothing she could do about it that it would be atleast 95 minutes they only have 1 driver and he won’t be back for atleast 45 minutes.

We picked it up and while I wish they still had the pick up special, Anna, who answered the phone to take our complicated order was very polite, made sure everything was organized and ready by the time we arrived to pick it up. Nothng was left out and the food was better than I remembered!

Our 2nd time order was not complete in 45 days, first time we tried to understand due to employee tardiness (not enough workers) today same issue order was incorrect so we call in an then get questioned like we are just complaining. This is after you pay over $40 for 2 pizzas. An then they hang up the phone because your mad an not to mention once again the order was 20 mins late an not right! Cooperate will be notified an that management team at the market location seriously need to do there jobs!!

Love your pizza, normally. I called in an order for a large half veggie/meat with original crust and got the soggiest crust I have ever had from Pizza Hut. Been eating it since the 80’s. Including wings, total cost was $39.44.
