Hygiene is important. It was a Nice place. Clean table. (I didn’t check the restroom). Staff were nice and friendly. The service was good and reasonable delivery time. All you can eat option was available ($31 per person for lunch). You can order for 3 rounds. Food was delicious . I liked calamari and shrimp tempura as appetizers. The sushi rolls were large and full. I liked shrimp roll, baked salmon, Philly and baked crawfish rolls. I recommend this place.

Everything was delicious and fresh at this particular hello sushi….I would definitely go back and I will be doing so. Everything that we ordered which was plenty was exceptional…they even have wasabi root rather than the regular green guacamole looking wasabi, so make sure you ask for it. It is however kind of hard to find since it is in an area where there are plenty of other businesses but she definitely will find it where there is an arch that says Fullerton and it’s directly on the corner of Harbor and/or lemon and Orange Thorpe.. it is close to the maui barbecue.

We waited longer than promised. The edamame tasted undercooked and the spicy edamame had a weird taste. The In-N-Out roll had a smoky taste and no flavor at all. The rice was super mushy and not sushi grade. I would not go back

Food was decent but presentation left much to be desired. We drove pretty far because they advertise the giant board of sushi or a sushi boat. Brought the family because we wanted to experience that. We waited 50 minutes to be seated . I specifically asked my server how much we had to order to have it brought out on the boat . We them proceeded to order well more then necessary and when our food arrived it was on separate plates. Pretty disappointed. We could of went to our local sushi spot but we came here for the whole sushi boat gimmick and didn’t even get to experience it. We will never be back here. I’m updating the review because they tried to charge me $168 for $85 worth of sushi. Lol this place is on my forever avoid list.
