We ended up here for breakfast, not knowing the diner even existed. I’m so grateful we did! Great food, great service, and super sweet decor & atmosphere. If I lived closer, I’d definitely be a regular. Thank you for such a good experience, Jax Diner.

I love old diners for breakfast and this is definitely one of those. I sat at the counter and since I’m trying to drop a few pounds opted against the biscuits and gravy. A place like this always has great biscuits and gravy. My server was awesome, waiting on every customer by herself until some relief came at 9. Delicious food and reasonably priced. A full breakfast plate and coffee for about $10.

Stopped by because of the reviews and was not disappointed! I got the turkey sandwich special of the day and it was filled with turkey! Very friendly staff and nice diner. Will definitely be back again soon!

Yummy breakfast. We had country breakfast and the sausage gravy was delicious. Egg scramble with spinach bacon and tomato with or without hollandaise was real tasty. Dive diner and very busy as expected on a Sunday

Went in a hour before closing. Understandably, they were busy and that’s fine, however, after 5 minutes of no one telling us to wait, or to seat us, we sat ourselves. After a while the waitress came and took our order. The fries are amazing , the chicken fried steak was juicy, if a little bland. Would have been a higher rating with better customer service and if they didn’t ONLY accept cash. (Or that would’ve been nice to know up front) Overall, three hearty meals for less than $40. Cash only! Best breakfast in the area. Fast and friendly servers, serving piping hot delicious coffee, and a breakfast menu sure to please. Hope to catch Jax Diner for lunch on my next trip. I expect the homemade mashed potatoes, diner staples, and comfort food favorites to be just as delicious as the breakfast.
