The parking space for the eatery is good. The dining space for the restaurant is good. It is clean. The decor is kind of sparse and is typical for a Robert’s. The carne asada plate was good and a good size portion. I recommend their breakfast burritos. Burritos are pretty good and filling.

It was my moms first time here. She got #15. My boyfriend and I shared Chimichanga Carne Asada and my dad ordered his own Chimichanga beef . The cashier was so nice and they made the food really fast. It was awesome! Thank you to the ROBERTOS on Hualapai and sunset!

Best fries i ever had at a Roberto’s location and the gentleman who took my order was a really upbeat person.

This place never gets my order right and never fills up the Carne asada fries like other Robertos. I normally go to the one on Ft Apache and Tropicana but went here because it has a drive thru. When called to tell them they messed up my order and said I’m all the way home and had a long day and wasn’t going to come back there. If I can get a credit they told me I had 5 hours to come back with the food and bring my receipt which I wasn’t even given a receipt. The meat was super dry and overcooked. I would never come back to this Robertos. I’ll stick to the one on Fort Apache and Tropicana they never get my order wrong and the food is always cooked perfect and they fill the fries up full. I would avoid this Robertos at all costs and go to the one down the street on Fort Apache and Tropicana.

I will never eat at this place again. Taqitos we’re frozen. Dropped in a fryer with zero flavor. Jack grated on top was not even melted. I wish I had taken a picture but dumped it in the trash because it was so gross. Try this place in the downtown arts district called Letty’s warning ⚠️ this picture is not from here but from Letty’s the week after I tried the food here. This is what a taqito is supposed to look like. It was $3 more but worth it.

Food is average to good all the time so it’s very consistent. Service at this location is very quick too. Prices are ok, but they have gone up in the last year or so, but then again, who hasn’t.

I’ve been at this location several times now because of their drive-thru. I usually order Carne Asada Fries and it’s always good. But today was extra good! I requested extra crispy fries and I got it. I like my fries well done so that it doesn’t turn mushy because of all those delicious toppings. One more thing worth mentioning is their consistent use of wax paper underneath the food so that the styrofoam doesn’t melt all over your food. Not all Roberto locations do this. I always have to remind them to use the wax paper whenever I order Carne Asada Fries at the location closer to where I live. That’s why I stopped going there.

Carne asada is dry as bone and ridiculously salty to compensate for the lack of flavor. Save your money and just go eat some salt packets with over-cooked ground beef for the same experience. Used to be my favorite restaurant but clearly they chose to increase profits by decreasing quality.

Been going there for years. This was the worse food we have gotten from Roberto’s. Considering not returning.
