Order taker was very pushy in drive thru. She did not listen to my request and my order was wrong. Once getting to 2nd window I told employee my order was wrong and then he try to fix it and it was still wrong because he didn’t listen to my requests. Very disappointed with my service and quality of my food. They are way too pushy. I understand they are under a time limit but it’s no good if they don’t get the order right.

Ordered at the drive thru, told to park in spot 4. Spots 123&5 filled up right afterwards. They all got food and left before I got anything. Just as I was getting out of my car an employee was walking up to my car to ask me what I was waiting for. Needless to say they gave my order to someone else! I left with a full refund and a handful of coupons which I will use at a different store.

Omg!! Worst McDonalds on the planet with a staff just as horrible as the food! Clueless, rude, miserable. The food was cold & the fries were so undercooked, it was like raw potato dipped in a vat of grease, which is weird because the fryers should all be timed. The place is dirty, smelly, and scummy. When we told the MGR so no one would end up getting sick, he couldn’t have cared less & actually blamed it on the day manager who he relieved. We had to laugh at the stupidity. No high expectations, after all it is fast food, but how about fast food that’s hot and cooked, Lol
