I had a phenomenal experience here at Cilantro & Tacos for my first time yesterday! This is the best Mexican food I have ever had in my entire life!!! I am now a regular customer, I will be here a ATLEAST once a week for now on ! I have told many about this business . Customer service was excellent, he was super polite and patient. The sanitation rating is nearly 100, unlike most food trucks. My food was hot and fresh, and I did not have to wait long for my order. Fastest, most polite food truck service I have had! I’ve always been a food truck lover (some good, some bad). This place ticks all the boxes. Great quality of food, reasonable prices, portion sizes are generous, and lightning fast service. I’m super impressed as this is my first time here. I’ll have to check out more of their menu later, but today’s delicious lunch was a Burrito Bowl with Suadero (brisket). Perfectly done brisket, cheese, fresh guacamole, onions, Pico de Gallo, carrots, sour cream, and pinto beans, all on top of Spanish rice.

I’ve lived in NC for about 3.5 years now. I have struggled the entire time to find even decent tacos around here. BUT NOT ANYMORE!!! I am beyond ecstatic I found this place. Everything was so fresh and tasty and juicy! They even have the pickled onions that only 1 spot back home provided! Oh and ESQUITES! ITS CORN! This is without a doubt, hands down, the BEST taco spot I’ve found in the area and I WILL be back!

My employer provided lunch for us last week by catering Cilantro & Tacos food truck! I love mexican food so I was excited to try everything on the menu. My coworkers and I ordered a variety so we could try different items and we were all blown away at the quality of food. It was seasoned amazingly and you could tell the freshest ingredients were used in every dish. Great customer service also. We discussed driving to their location to have lunch more often and will definitely consider catering them for family events in the future.

My advice is for you to go!! A 5 star rating is not something I just give out because the food is good. Nope! It’s the entire experience. The young lady taking the orders was friendly and provided explanation to all my questions with a enthusiasm. I am a bit taller so I can see into the truck and their work area was clean and organized. The gentleman began searing off meat as I was ordering, so all the food was hot when I got it home. The tacos were moist and succulent. Their salsa verde is fresh. Doesn’t have that stored inside the fridge smell or After taste like most trucks sauces have. Burritos are massive. Plan to spend the $14 and share one. Put a salad on the side if you are pig! It is worth splurging on a few times a year for sure.

I ordered their nachos, steak on the side, and they accidentally put the steak on the nachos, so they gave me both the version with steak and a new order without. So, that’s great customer service right there.
