Found this joint, and even though it was really early, the staff was very professional and polite – and functional! I’m pointing this out as the other places I’ve gone to just when they are open for business, it still takes them time to get their bearings right in the first hour or so…

I ordered a matcha latte. Instead of that they gave me only milk and ice barely any matcha. The line was long and the person who was taking the order was very rude. I asked him if they have this particular drink, he said we never had that. then I showed him Dunkin app but he still kept being rude. I was very polite to him. But I don’t expect such a bad service from this DD. This is the closest to my home and I always come here for coffee. But was never disappointed until now. Also, the guy on the speaker did not want to scan my app, I literally saw someone scanning the app ahead of me. It is disappointing. I hope DD take an action and provide better service.
