All the food was very salty and greasy, and the lady who served us seemed grumpy, taking as long as she felt she could get away with to serve customers, wipe down tables, etc. Prices seemed reasonable for the amount of food/calories you get. Highlight was the biscuit, though that was also a little over-salted and greasy. Fries were made with poor quality potatoes that had a lot of black blotches inside them. Asking for the green beans was probably a naive choice on our part: they were mushy and tasted like they had come from a can.

The food was good, and everything looked super clean inside. Sadly, the drive-thru forgot items from my order. When I went in, there was only a single person on the register during lunch hours. It took another 10 minutes to get the missing items.

Terrible customer service. Got my order wrong.. waited 10 minutes for them to bring my food to the counter even tho the app said it was ready. Wanted 42 cents for a sauce after I’d already spent $13 on food. Staff were joking around and goofing off behind the counter instead of working. Not the first time I’ve had a poor experience here. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I wish these chains would stop opening up new locations when they don’t have the ability to 1. have adequate staff and 2. have any of the items in stock. Midday and you’re already out of chicken which you don’t tell me until after you say it’ll be a 15 minute wait…then after the 15 minutes pass, now you need another 10 minutes. Stop opening up new things!!! The store has no workers and no chicken. At a place that sells exclusively chicken. Every time I’ve gone to this one, it’s chaos.

Smh…order incorrect. Ordered 2 drumsticks and 1 thigh received 3 extra small drumsticks, room temperature fries with too much seasoning and a dry hard biscuit. This is my fault because I normally check my food before pulling off but since this place is literally brand new I assume everything would be perfect.

I ordered food last night, was the only car there, and they still got my order wrong. I spent $44 on my families dinner and the sides were missing, but by the time I got home Bojangles was closed. This happened both times I’ve tried this location, go to the one in belmont near the mcdonalds!! Don’t waste your time here.
