Orders are consistently wildly wrong. I have tried ordering via the chipotle app and Uber eats both and they are consistently made incorrectly. Reaching out via the chipotle support text option has been useless and a waste of time. Guac looks like it has been out all day. I would appreciate a reach out from corporate as the staff here are clearly poorly trained or just wildly incompetent.

I had a great 1st time experience. Chipotle delivered exactly what I asked for. The food was fresh, hot, and perfectly done. It was absolutely delicious. Avoid this chipotle at all costs. The past three times I’ve gone here they’ve completely gotten my order wrong, give you half sized portions, and the food just tastes disgusting. Not to mention that the actual inside is repulsive and looks like they haven’t cleaned the place in months. Tonight I ordered a chicken bowl, with rice, beans, lettuce, guac, and mild salsa. When I got home, all they gave me was a bowl of rice and chicken, with a drizzle of sour cream. Oh and even better, they only filled the bowl half way. I have never been so shocked after receiving takeout food from a place. I also ordered chips and queso, never received the queso. This place sucks STAY AWAY

I ordered a wholesome bowl off door dash for $22 for my January whole30 challenge. The bowl arrived with lettuce, CORN, tomato with a teaspoon of guacamole. There was no meat and and nothing in it. I have been disappointed by this chipotle’s food quality before but this is the final straw. I will never go to this location again for their consistent failure to do their job to any respectable degree. I have posted a picture below so you can witness the disappointment that arrived at my doorstep.

Horrible delivery service – do not recommend. Ordered for my toddler and I after a hectic day – ended up needing to make her a separate dinner anyway after paying what in my opinion is very expensive price tag for mediocre food on a good day… but I was looking for convince. If you are not there to pick up your food the order is wrong and the serving size is incredibly small for the price. Much different experience than in person, but after my delivery experience I will not be going back in person for some time either.

I had complained a month ago to cooperate and no compensation has been made. A month ago I placed an online delivery order for a burrito bowl. I was delivered just some old crusty quacamole in the bowl. I have tried to reach out to this location and spoken to someone via the complaint line. Nothing! I am so disappointed in Chipotle!!!!

The food is good, just like every other Chipotle location. My burrito was made so large that it was inedible without a fork and bowl. However, this could be seen as a plus because you get more food.

This young Hispanic man was the only one working the line & cashier tonight, multitasking between a line of customers & online orders. He was so kind towards me & he deserves a promotion as a shift supervisor or something if he isn’t already. There were other people working (like 4) but he was the ONLY one visibly doing ANYTHING d while the store was OBVIOUSLY BUSY. Kudos to him for his professionalism & work ethic. Thank you for your kindness. If it wasn’t for his work I would’ve left a one star review.

I work near here. The store is clean, they get very busy, I do recommend placing the order online during lunch hour. I eat here about once a week or so and have never had an issue with the food. Parking in the back is free the first 30 minutes and that is really helpful for this area.
