I am now a lover for Indian food. Server was very attentive. Owner came and said hi to our table. My Tandoori chicken was good, but the Chicken Tikka Masala & Chicken Vindaloo (spicy) I had from my friends were even better! Delicious. Can’t wait to try the lunch buffet. My Saag Paneer was great, as well. We felt well-taken-care-of. I’m definitely going back.

My sister (who doesn’t like spicy food) and I eat here at least twice per month. Menu is generally same for meat dishes and they are usually not too spicy. Vegetarian options change weekly and include most popular items. I have been going there for 3 years and the wait staff have always been friendly and very quick to clear your table when at the buffet. I have eaten at fancier places but food was tasteless and expensive. For local Indian eateries this is my fave.

I was thinking that some of these reviews were fake. We just came back from the India House. There was hardly any people there tonight or the last time we drove by, so I was not sure if the food was going to be any good. Pleasantly surprised, the food was absolutely delicious. I am amazed that this place didn’t have a lot of people there. We had naan bread and chicken with rice. For appetizers we had lamb samosas. There’s another Indian restaurant that we’ve been going to near the 84 Diner, but this India House has it going on. We will definitely be going back. I’m sorry for not taking pictures. Next time I go I will. Dinner for two was under $50 with taxes. Not too bad. Usually when a restaurant doesn’t have that many people, it usually means the food sucks. This is not one of those times. The place was clean and nice. I would like to bring friends next time so they could experience Indian food.

This is the second time I have been to India House and I continue to be delighted at the food and the service. I went with a group of over 10 senior women, many of whom had never eaten Indian food and were hesitant about “hot” reputation. We got unanimous raves about everything on the buffet including the goat curry (just a pleasant afterburn), the chicken korma, the various breads and the desserts. Some of the group had gluten issues and the waiter went out of his way to help her choose gluten free food. On the extensive dinner menu, food is marked gluten free, vegan, etc to help diners make informed choices. Even if you have never eaten Indian food, you will love the India House experience.

I generally don’t write reviews, but experience at this place actually made me write review. I traveled with my friend and wanted to have some good Indian food. We were totally disappointed. Reason as follows –

Great convenient location for me. The food is great. The Lunch buffet is the best. I go for the buffet at least once or twice a month. Doesn’t get to over crowded at lunch time either which I like a lot. A lot of ppl know about India house but I don’t think the word is really out on the lunch buffet…which keeps it intimate. I don’t believe its as authentic Indian food as it gets, but that’s to be expected as its all about demographics. They do have a fair and tasty selection of indian or indian fused food though.

I can’t speak for the take out or dine in but the lunch buffet was very unimpressive and unappetizing. The food was cold and low quality, there was little selection, and to add to that the staff was very unfriendly and withdrawn. I have had Indian food before and I was very excited to try this restaurant but I utterly disappointed. I hope others do not take this restaurant as representation of all Indian food! Indian house is mediocre even on it’s best day.

We love this place! We actually dine here weekly because it’s like home to us. The owners and staff are very nice and welcoming, the food is delicious and authentic Indian, and the prices are good. I highly recommend it!!

I wish Google had a -10 option first off the waiter was VERY unfriendly when you ask him a question he answer you with very few words. My daughter is down from college and she loves to try different restaurants so I suggested this place because some coworkers said its was ok (They don’t know good food) for this to be a buffet the was one salad choice they serve soup out of ice cream dishes which my daughter tried said it was nasty (One soup choice) but yet they said it’s a buffet everything on the buffet which was only seven things was all under temperature, small portion and under season. There is only one desert to chose from and that was nasty. This is a restaurant that I will not try again in life I hope I don’t get sick. A lot of people gave them a five star but I’m for sure it’s there friends and family members rating them a five…..I don’t suggest Indian people to eat here either this place is garbage. I want back my $24.80 with my $4.00 tip DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE go to KFC
