Got a spicy instead of an original no big deal, but while sitting here I’ve heard four different complaints of things missing or an order not being made right. Seems like front and back need to work better together or communicate more.

Order 4 box dinners out of four only one was right… I used the online menu, so I was prepared to order when I arrived. I chose the first meal box was with Crispy and this was the only one correct, the other three were requested with Crispy anyone and noneof those three were crispy they were original. Side dishes were incorrect except for the first order… Four meal boxes cost about $64, outrageous!!! No napkins, no cleanup towels, cup lid for one of the beverages was broken. , it was nice that they asked of I needed a cup carrier, but it didn’t do a lot of good because of a bent cup and a smooched lid that wouldn’t stay on, and this caused a spill of a 1/2 cup of the iced tea…I called the store that evening and could not reach anyone, nor a call back, so I guess they really don’t care about the concerns of my very expensive meal order that was 75% incorrect… It’ surely was a very disappointing expensive dinner that evening!!

Went through the drive through ordered nuggets and 3 chicken legs. Asked for Honey mustard sauce. I got no sauce and then noticed they charged me for 12 dollars for the legs. Called and asked how much one chicken leg cost I was told over 4 dollars. What a rip off.

Famous bowl has cheese on it right ? Well not really at this store. Worked all day and go to get what is usually pretty good to invisible cheese ? Then their closed so I can’t even get some. Cheese minimalist!!! Not impressed.

Ate at the buffet today with my fam and it was pretty good! It’s 10.99 for adults and comes with a drink and biscuit. They were awesome about keeping the chicken cleared until customers ordered the buffet , so we got freshhhhh chicken! The extra crispy chicken was sooo goood!! They have 3 different types of chicken available. The buffet has a small salad bar with a batch of Cole slaw! The other side is filled with mashed potatoes, gravy, fried okra, potato wedges, green beans, chicken pot pie soup, baked beans and 2 bomb desserts! The only thing I wish, is that they brought out fresh batches of the potato wedges and okra because those items are my fave, but I should have asked!! Overall, they have a decent buffet and the women working were lovely ❤️

They’ve removed the buffet and according to the manager there’s no plans of having it returned (the setup is still there). They also block off a large section to sit near the bathrooms (tables and chairs wrapped up). The place is very clean and tidy where you can sit and the staff members are friendly with the food prepared well.
