The food is typically good but my experience last night was unacceptable. The food last night was not seasoned at all. Like all he did was dip the chicken in flour didn’t add a lick of seasoning to it. The fries also not seasoned. The mash potatoes absolute mush unseasoned as well. Ended up throwing the order away. Went up there this morning to see about a refund the short Mexican guy behind the counter had a attitude. Acting as if I was bothering him for them to make my food properly. Completely ignoring & disregarding everything the manager told him over the phone since I had to fight for my $20 refund and finally gave in & took the food. He needs to be fired. I won’t be returning. I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get my money back

I really like Golden Chick, but this location does not deserve the Golden Chick name. Dry, tough chicken. Dry dinner rolls. It’s just bad food. It’s close to where I live so I’ve given it more than enough chances, and it’s disappointing every time. Go to literally any other golden chick location. Hopefully one day this one will improve

Golden Chick is consistently a place to visit for delicious chicken. You have the option of roasted chicken, fried fish, chicken tenders, wings (regular or spicy) and boneless chicken. Their lemonade and unsweetened tea mix is delicious. I also enjoy their corn nuggets.

Terrible experience. They got our order wrong. We ordered 2 spicy tender meals, each with gravy & zing sauce. When we got up to the payment window and handed our receipt, I noticed one order had gravy and the other had zing sauce. I mentioned this to the cashier and he acted confused the whole time. I said multiple times that both orders want gravy and zing sauce. He even pulled in a cook to confirm. When we got home, not only were me missing gravy, one of our meals was not spicy like requested! This happened the last time we visited last month. Terrible service and incompetent staff. Step up or go out of business!

I stopped here for the first time and tried the 9 piece with fries. Those 9 pieces were almost all bone and batter. They weren’t much bigger than my thumb and you would get more meat off one chicken strip than these 9 pieces combined. You really do get what you pay for here. I would recommend elsewhere.

My daughter and I really enjoy the food, but the chicken is not consistent, some days it’s a light color other days it Golden.. the drive through is extremely slow, but we put up with it because we like to food. They ran out of the spicey powder packs a long time ago, wish they would get them back in stock.

Place has really gone down hill. Dining room looks like a Tornado went through it. Windows are so dirty it’s hard to see out. Ice cream machine broken. Ordered shrimp but they had no cocktail sauce. I was once a USDA inspector and would shut and lock the doors. VOID
