This is hands down the best Arby’s around I absolutely love that they’re open so late. Every time we come here their food is alwayysss great! And last time my oldest daughter and I came here, it was pretty late.. we snuck off from daddy and her siblings for a little mommy daughter shenanigans run lol. But I even overheard one of the workers tell her manager that the only chicken tenders they had left for the evening were pretty small so she just went ahead and dropped a fresh order for me so she knew I’d be happy with my meal. I thought that was so sweet of her! She didn’t have to do that. But it was much appreciated

Don’t Order the 2 for $5. Fish Sandwich any more this season. I brought back the 2 sandwiches and the employee told me that the fish should have been gone weeks ago and now it has freezer burn. He said he tries to tell everyone not to buy the fish. I wish I would have talked to that employee before my purchase. Shelby Oh store.

Got 2 french dip and Swiss meals and cheese for the fries did not receive the sauce for sandwich no cheese and drink was supposed to be a medium and a large not a small overall bad delivery

Arby’s is fine, but usually feels heavy. The food is decently good compared to other fast food restaurants, but is very dense. Their shakes, fries, and bronco berry sauce are the best things on the menu. Shakes still taste real, compared to a sludge that McDonald’s offers in recent years. Fries are seasoned well and are curly so that’s fun. And the sauce is sweet and tangy, with a slight heat to it. Goes well with fries, chicken, and even a dip for roast beef sandwiches. Mozzarella sticks are leagues better than most other fast food places (burger king). I eat here from time to time but usually isn’t a first choice pick.
