Really liked it at first, then started noticing I was being charged a different price almost every time and it was very confusing, (multiple dollars difference, not just a few cents). They also would give me a size i didn’t order. Noticed they charge 80 cents for every single extra pump which is just crazy considering starbucks doesn’t even do that. They also give me drinks that look like someone already drank out of them (pictured) which is ridiculous to think that that is okay to hand to a customer who is paying $6 and over, it should be full. Just seems like a messy place in terms of quality and price most of the time.

I love me some Scooters The hot Mocha is amazing it is the best in town . The staff is always friendly and they give you a lift up with their sweet messages on their cups. I look forward to my daily scooters visit and they are amazing with my youngest he loves scooters as much as I do I think. I had to go to Starbucks one day when the power was out bc of the storms and the mocha I got there was nothing at all even close to the taste of the chocolatey goodness of a Scooters hot mocha. I love y’all thank you for always showing such kindness.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Prickly Pear energy drink infusion . They stopped using Red Bull and now use a proprietary energy drink but you can’t tell the difference. I kinda hoped that would allow them to lower the price, however that’s not happening.

Not a huge coffee drinker so I ordered a carmelicious. It’s a very strong coffee! I thought I would order a sweet tea just in case I didn’t like the coffee. The tea tastes like bitter water! I also ordered breakfast. I specifically requested the bacon WELL done! It looks like it came straight out of the package with NO cooking applied! The ladies were super nice but I will not be back!

This is my first time visiting scooters as I’m usually as Dunkin’ and Starbucks regular but I am so impressed! Im not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but if you gave them one you should give them a second chance. I came here around 9 AM there was no line. The staff were very helpful and kind! I ordered a caramel blender, a waffle sandwich and a pup cup (which is served with a little bone and is the cutest thing I have ever seen), the coffee tasted fresh and was delicious. I wouldn’t say the prices are high at all, they’re pretty standard. Definitely will be back to try more!

I went to this new store twice. first experience the butterscotch latte. Now I go to Starbucks and not only is scooters more expensive but the latte was absolutely sub par definitely not worth the price. I thought I’d try it one more time and I had the turtle latte and for the expensive price it was just as bad as the butterscotch. I had to throw both out. Just a waist of money..shame

we recently moved to the area and couldn’t wait to try Scooter’s! i got the Sea Salt Caramelicious iced with oatmilk (LOVE that they offer oatmilk!) my mom got an iced tea and the Caramelicious muffin. everything was amazing!! pictured is my iced drink-not pictured is the amazing muffin because she ate it too fast the service was so helpful and friendly. cant wait to come back!

My husband & I came through this morning and ordered two coffees and two breakfast sandwiches which costed us almost $20. The moment I got to work and opened up my “bacon egg and cheese on ciabatta” I immediately noticed the bacon was RAW. I mean this bacon wasn’t even cooked. So I had to put it in the microwave to cook it more so it would be edible. About 20 minutes after eating the sandwich and drinking the nitro coffee (which was bitter & absolutely terrible even though I ordered it with cream and sugar AND paid extra for vanilla flavoring and that I didn’t receive) I was VIOLENTLY ill. Coming out of both ends, sorry TMI. I called my husband, same deal. So basically I paid $20 for food poisoning. Please do not go here.
