I walked into the Establishment on a Saturday. Not acknowledged wasn’t talk to wasn’t greeted the place was messy and the people just sat there on their chairs on their phone ! We left. It wasn’t busy at all! Only 1 pizza looked to be cooking also. My kids really wanted to try their food. What a disappointment! We really wanted wings, pizza and drinks.

There was a pizza restaurant in Texas that I remember very fondly, as they had a great pie; lots of cheese, great toppings, and a great family atmosphere. Vocelli is not quite there, but it’s close. All the pies I’ve gotten so far have had lots of cheese, good crust, good sauce, and they have plenty of different toppings to make sure you can either get what you want or don’t get bored with the same old combinations. And as a bonus they are very fast. I’m probably going to be a regular for a while.

I’m not much of a reviewer usually, but I just wanted to put a few things out. First of all, we have usually had nothing but outstanding food and service from this Vocelli’s location. We are customers I would say maybe once or twice a month. We live a short drive away and they are usually prompt with delivery. Last night we ordered a large deluxe pizza, pepperoni knots (always tasty), and two orders of cannolis. They are some of our faves. It took over an hour and a half to arrive and when it did, it was cold, plus it was a pepperoni pizza, not a deluxe. To top it all of we had company, and were raving about how much we enjoy Vocelli’s and have always had good interactions. Not a good look. We will continue to frequent this location due to its convenience and good reputation, but as repeat customers, the service last night was not on par with the usual.

We ordered tonight and have usually loved Vocelli’s. It’s been our go to for years. My husband ordered tonight and not only was the pizza order absolutely wrong (ordered pepperoni and bacon), but it looked like someone had taken actual bite marks out of it. Manager Nick, Nicky, or Micky (connection was bad) was rude and dismissive. Tonight was downright awful and disgusting.

We usually order pizza and always have good experience…. until tonight. We ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo , side salad and wings. The wings were so ridiculously oily. The fettuccine was burnt in the dish and dry. The garlic bread was barely cooked and soaked in butter. Again, normally we only order pizza and it’s always good. If this had been my first experience it would have been my last. Now we know to stick to pizza.

Staff is very nice and friendly. Pizzas are extremely fresh and taste delicious. Great place to order food to share between a few people. Service is timely. They have a drive through which is convenient during lunch time. They are open 7 days a week.

I usually would give them a 5 but my small pepperoni for 16.00 was poorly made two areas barely any cheese and very few peperoni, which is what sets Vocelli’s apart usually there gooey gobs of stringy cheese and thin pepperoni that get crisp around the edges. I will definitely go back. It was a week night and later than the dinner rush there was zero people in drive through and so I feel they were not busy to be able to say that was the reason for the pizza being made lop sided toppings wise. Still , the side with the cheese and pepperoni was delicious.

We love the pizza here. It is always so good. We quite often get the two for one Tuesday special. We’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff are always so pleasant and friendly. I love they hold the door for you when getting takeout. Definitely our favorite pizza place!
