The Pretzel Pizza turned out great and is an ongoing favorite. This store is always consistent when it comes to my order. The inside doesn’t have enough seating for people waiting on an order. It would be awesome if they could squeeze in a little bench or seating area outside but I understand they are limited on space. Employees are always respectful and non intrusive.

Absolutely horrible service. Went Thursday March 30th at 12:30pm. The open sign was off but it said online they were open. Went in, they were indeed open. However the lady was EXTREMELY rude. There were no hot n ready pizzas made. She said it’s policy that they can only have ONE pizza in the machine. We told her we wanted two pizzas, she said they would be ready in 10 minutes. We came back in 10 minutes. She only had one pizza done and never even put the other one in. She said we needed to call it in. But we were there 10 minutes prior and had already told her and she said it would be 10 minutes. She was extremely rude, clearly lazy and acted as if I was such a burden coming to a PIZZA restaurant asking for PIZZA!!!! We used to come here alot. However we will never step foot in this place again!!

They had to make our pizzas. Ready within 8 minutes, hot, fresh, delicious. Wonderful lady who helped us. She even offered plates when I asked for some napkins. Definitely stopping here again on the way to or from up north.

I wish I would have gotten the name of the lady working tonight, (Mrs. McHale?) July 22, 2022. She is ALWAYS really nice and friendly with a sweet smile! I wish I’d remember names as well as faces because she is my favorite pizza lady in the city. She has been my favorite customer service/pizza person since she worked for a different company in the 1980s. Her demeanor has been the same every time I see her, even when I see her elsewhere in the community.

Breanna raner is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Having to deal with her as a paying customer was awful. She yelled at my children for playing the quarter game (they were raised to be respectful and use inside voices) so they were not being obnoxious by any means. My second time coming in and dealing with her was no different. she must’ve remembered me and did not smile, say thank you, nothing. Just a cold dead look staring up at me with her creepy little eyes peeking out between her hair. Breanna- don’t work in customer service.
