I recently stumbled across Amanda Thai while spending the day in Freeport. What a nice little find! Really clean, great service, friendly staff- and best of all- awesome food. I had the pad thai with duck which was easily enough food for two people. Everything (I also had this spicy vegetable soup which was also terrific) was fresh and just delicious. I will be back soon. The best pan-fried dumplings and the nicest restaurant owner you will ever find. All of the ingredients are super fresh, the service is personal and friendly, and the food is amazing. Make it a regular stop and try everything on the menu.

Although the cook substituted a different type of noodles in our pan fried dish without asking because they ran out of what was called for… We were happy with the food. Very spacious.
