Worse customer service ever . Went as customers to buy a drink was told I didn’t know how to order while was my first time being at Dunkin’ With a very bad attitude. On top of it they lied told us that both rest room was out of order . Which they let other people go in after Iwent in just to test it both washrooms were perfectly fine . We are not from USA . What a shame What an embarrassment for a such a big company to have these kinda of people working for them go learn how to treat people and learn hospitality . Maybe company spend more money in training this rude robots .

Appears to be a new store. Very nice and clean. Restroom was clean and well stocked. Employees were nice and helpful. Food and coffee was fresh and did not have that burned taste you get if it sits for any length of time. Will definitely be a stop on our regular travel through the area

My wife and I have been dealing with Dunkin Donuts in Corning, NY for over thirty years and since this new store opened we’ve stopped several times at about 2 o’clock in the afternoon and the donuts are gone and we have decided not to return to this store ever.

We discovered a Dunkin’ Donuts that happened to be situated at a Tesla Supercharger location, making it a fantastic choice for a restroom and snack break during our drive from Toronto to NYC. We took advantage of this opportunity and grabbed some coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts to fuel ourselves for the remainder of the journey.

Always rude, and pushy. I was also denied a cup of water I tried to order in addition to my coffee and munchkins order. I was told I had to order a bottle of water. But when I requested an empty cup they were fine with that. SMH I try to avoid this place at all costs.
