Super place if you like Panda Express. I do and it’s nice when you can go to a good one like this. The service has been great every time I’ve been there. Greeted when I walked in the door and the food was fresh and every plate was right. No one acted like they didn’t want to be there.

This location deserves a 0 star rating. Very rude order taken in the drive thru that made it known she knows NO customer service by the loud sighs and laughs when what we tried to order was out. This was at 7pm, if you’re out make more? We have had issues with them being out the past several times we visited. They never have half of what’s on the menu! The experience this time sealed the deal for us, no more money from us. Terrible.

I order Panda all the time. Its a favorite of mine. Imagine my surprise today when the same thing I always order came in a container much smaller than usual. It decreased serving by almost half for the same price. It’s just kind of surprising. I usually get two meals out of one order. Not this time

Constant issues with this place almost everything single time. Stop serving food and hour and half before close, always out of stuff, was told to lower my expectations “bro” by the drive through lady when ordering…… will drive an 20 extra minutes to go another location.

Store closed at 9:00 PM, but they already stop cooking at 8:12 PM, Associate told me that they weren’t cooking any entrees or even chow mein noodles, almost important entires was empty, and they already started cleaning the dish area. Associate asked her manager but the manager told her not to cook anything. I have also as a manager in Panda Express but I was surprised how they can stop cooking during dinning hours and even they still have 48 minutes left to close. Drive thru was full and even one customer left when he was told that they stop cooking chow mein. Market manager if you’re seeing this message, you would need to take some action. Very very disappointed ☹️

My son received an academic award at school and got a free kids meal certificate.. there was a small section in the corner with a redemption code to use.. we came in and ordered our food and when I gave them the certificate for the code they told me they could not give my son’s certificate back to him and they had to keep it.. this is something he has had on display since he received it so I was heartbroken.. this policy does not seem right or fair to me because I could have used this code to order online and kept the certificate.. they took away something that meant a lot to me and my son

Originally wanted to eat in, but after standing around for 5 minutes before being noticed, then being told there was a 7 minute wait for noodles, then waiting and coming back when we noticed the noodles were out, then standing at the counter waiting for someone to serve us for probably 15 minutes (they almost ran out of noodles while we were waiting) it became obvious they prioritized drive through over anyone in the restaurant. Finally got someone to serve us after having to specifically ask one of them by saying the name on their name plate.
