DRAFTS LIST
The Fridge IPA
IPA – New England / Hazy 7% ABV South County Brewing Co. Fawn Grove, PA A hazy IPA brewed for our great friends in Lancaster, to honor their commitment to the community and craft beer.
Edward
Pale Ale – American 5.2% ABV 65 IBU Hill Farmstead Brewery Greensboro, VT Edward (1917-2002) is our grandfather; Hill Farmstead Brewery rests upon the land that was once home to him and his five children. In his honor, this American Pale Ale is dutifully crafted from American malted barley, a plethora of American hops, our ale yeast and water from Edward’s well. It is unfiltered and dry hopped. Aromatic and flowery, with impressions of citrus and pine, this is the ale that I dream to have shared with Edward. Pale and Caramel malt; Centennial, Chinook, Columbus, Simcoe, and Warrior hops; House Ale Yeast, and our Well Water.
Recertified
IPA – Imperial / Double 8% ABV 75 IBU Brew Gentlemen Braddock, PA Made with citra hops
IPA Your Way
IPA – New England / Hazy 7.5% ABV Half Acre Beer Company Chicago, IL This collaboration with Hop Butcher For The World grew out of a mutual appreciation for experimental hops & emerging flavor profiles. At 7.5% abv, this double dry hopped, hazy golden IPA packed with Citra Spectrum, Citra pellets, Simcoe, Cashmere & HBC 586 delivers on many layers, coming from all directions. Prepare for a joosey, silk-rich IPA that flips all available levers to maximize tropical pineapple & sweet passionfruit citrus.
Golden Helles Lager
Lager – Helles 4.9% ABV 20 IBU von Trapp Brewing Stowe, VT From the German word for “Bright”, our golden lager displays a floral hop aroma with a bready malt balance. Traditional in style, Helles is brewed with pilsner malt to produce a dry, snappy finish while Perle and Tettnanger hops create a spicy, herbal hop aroma. The result is an incredibly clean, yet complex, lager.
Proper Pils
Pilsner – Czech 5% ABV Our Town Brewery Lancaster, PA Crisp, clean lager beer hopped gently and thoughtfully with Saaz. With the rich, German brewing history present in Lancaster, we believe a traditional Pilsner is a must. A much more delicate, light-handed offering, Pilsner is one of our favorite styles. It pairs beautifully with almost all foods and occasions.
Alexandr
Pilsner – Czech 5% ABV Schilling Beer Co. Littleton, NH Crisp, clean and sessionable, with a firm but rounded hop backbone, Alexandr is the first and original Czech-style pilsner crafted at Schilling. Authentic raw materials shine, and so will almost any beer-friendly food paired with this Czech-inspired lager.
Loretta
Farmhouse Ale – Grisette 4% ABV Oxbow Brewing Company Newcastle, ME Our grisette, a rustic blonde ale brewed with spelt grown at a draft horse farm in Pittston, Maine.
Sir Charles Strawberry Valkyrie
Cider – Other Fruit 6.4% ABV Original 13 Ciderworks Philadelphia, PA Semi-sweet cider with fresh strawberries and apricots.
Tiny Esses
Sour – Other 5.9% ABV Prairie Artisan Ales Krebs, OK Sour ale with Skittles

Great selection of beer and great pizza to match. If you’re looking for a lower key brewery with indoor and outdoor seating, this is your spot. I will definitely be back

My favorite restaurant on the planet. This place started my love of craft beer. Plus, tremendous pizza options and the hot dogs are truly wonderful. Also, don’t sleep on the hummus. Update (5/10/23): Surprise, it’s still great. We got the Bat Dog (as per usual), potato wedges, curry cauliflower, beef tacos and the garlic mac and cheese, and it was all great. Had Forest and Main and Hidden River off tap, and then grabbed a can of Little Log Cabin, which were all terrific. Staff was great as always. Oh! And we got a slice of tomato pie!

We love the Fridge! Whether you’re a Lancaster local or not- it’s a must visit place for beer lovers. They have nearly a hundred canned beer options as well as a rotating draft list from local PA breweries. They also have wine and some other mixed drinks if beer isn’t your thing.

A great spot in Lancaster. There is a very large selection of cans and bottles of hard to find craft beers. There is also a draft list with things that you will not find at many places. The beer selection changes often.

Visited three years ago and was impressed with the special pizza and generous beer. Back again today, love this pizza, very thin, more like tortilla chips, I think this pizza is healthy…The cumin-flavored popcorn paired with beer is the way to go. Another special feature of the restaurant is that with over 100 beers, there is always something for you.

We ordered the personal sized pizza, both mushroom, one vegan cheese, one regular. These are very thin pizzas, almost like a crispy tortilla. Wish the crust was thicker, bu still good. Mushrooms were cooked well and meaty with good flavor. Nice sauce and cheese. Laid back atmosphere with plenty of beer. Friendly staff.

Very relaxed atmosphere. Thin crust pizza with great cheese to sauce ratio and delicious sauce flavor. The soft pretzel and beer cheese was warm gooeyness. Many beers to choose from, ranging from $3 – $14 a can.

Great beer selection and food. We brought our two small kids and all enjoyed the pizza (mushroom and margarita). Pretzel appetizer was a hit too. Cool vibe, thin crust pizza and solid beer choices – great spot in Lancaster

The curried cauliflower was terrific! Pretty spicy and a generous (shareable) portion. Some great beers on, too. Dock Street RIS was awesome.
